Crown Road Safety Campaign: Promoting Safer Roads for a Better Tomorrow

In 2015, Crown Group launched the Crown Road Safety Campaign in collaboration with the Youth Parliament as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment. This initiative was designed to raise awareness about the critical importance of following road safety rules and regulations, particularly among motorcycle riders in Karachi, where traffic violations and road accidents are a growing concern.

Key Objectives

The campaign aimed to:

  1. Educate Riders – Demonstrate the life-threatening consequences of not wearing helmets while riding motorcycles.
  2. Promote Traffic Discipline – Emphasize the significance of obeying traffic lights, speed limits, and other road regulations to prevent accidents.
  3. Encourage a Safety Culture – Inspire individuals and communities to adopt a proactive approach toward road safety, ensuring safer journeys for all.

Campaign Activities

The Crown Road Safety Campaign featured several on-ground activities, including:
