While the concept of digital transformation may seem straightforward, implementing it on such a large scale was far from easy. Compiling extensive data, transforming traditional market practices, and digitizing operations posed significant challenges for me and my team. However, through relentless hard work and determination, we turned this vision into reality with the successful launch of Crown One and Vision Pro. These platforms have set new benchmarks for digital integration in Pakistan’s motorcycle spare parts industry.
