At Crown Group, my role centers on transforming Pakistan’s mobility and parts ecosystem through innovation and digital enablement.
I led the digital transformation of the Crown Group Parts segment, evolving from a legacy market model to the Crown One app—enabling QR authentication, partner onboarding, digital ordering, and inventory visibility for retailers and mechanics.
I also oversee supply chain, centralized warehousing, and partner management across our manufacturing concerns, ensuring nationwide availability of genuine SKUs.
Beyond parts, I drive ecosystem expansion for Crown Electric Mobility (advanced battery EV bikes & scooters) and lead deployments for Charge Pro — a smart IOT-enabled EV charging network serving B2B and B2C markets.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of electric mobility, parts digitization, IOT and AI-driven software enablement, powering smarter networks for Pakistan.

As CEO of Crown Solar Energy, I carry forward the entrepreneurial training instilled by Crown Group of Companies. After years of learning market dynamics, operations, and stakeholder trust, I launched our solar division in Pakistan, driven by a vision to strengthen energy independence through renewables.
